You can easily do so via the "Booking confirmed" email that was sent to you after your booking was submitted. In that email, click on the "Cancel/Reschedule" link, then follow the instructions.
With these 2 payment methods, we only accept 2 currencies: USD and VND. Please contact us to get our bank details for your first payment.
In your "Booking confirmed" email, you can find "Zoom Meeting" information with the invitation link to the meeting/classroom. It's advised that you test out that link before your first lesson.
Currently, we only use Zoom to teach our classes, since it has more functionalities that are suitable for our teaching style. It's also very secure and has a stable connection.
