In this lesson, we're going to learn some essential verbs and phrases that you can use to describe your morning routines.
In Vietnamese, you don't have to conjugate verbs to talk about the present, past, or future routines.

Meaning: to wake up
Mình thường ngủ dậy lúc bảy giờ sáng.
I usually wake up at 7 o'clock morning.
Cuối tuần, mình thường ngủ dậy trễ hơn.
Weekend, I usually wake up later.
Meaning: to brush teeth
Mình thường đánh răng sau khi ngủ dậy.
I usually brush teeth after waking up.
Mình đánh răng hai lần một ngày.
I brush teeth 2 times a day.
Meaning: to exercise, to work out
Mình thường tập thể dục vào buổi sáng.
I usually exercise in the morning.
Mình thường tập thể dục ba mươi phút một ngày.
I usually exercise thirty minutes a day.
Meaning: to shower, to take a bath
Sau khi tập thể dục, mình đi tắm.
After excise I go shower.
Mình thường tắm bằng nước nóng.
I usually shower by/with hot water.
Meaning: to wear clothes, to get dressed
Sau khi tắm xong, mình mặc quần áo.
After done showering, I wear clothes.
Mình thường mặc đồ màu sáng.
I usually wear bright color clothes.
Meaning: to have/eat breakfast
Bình thường mình không có ăn sáng.
I usually don't eat breakfast.
Nếu có ăn sáng, mình thường ăn bánh mì.
If (I) do eat breakfast, I usually eat breads.
Meaning: to go to work
Mình thường đi làm lúc tám giờ sáng.
I usally go to work at 8 o'clock morning.
Mình thường đi làm bằng xe hơi.
I usually go to work by car.
